The members of the two Octagon Clubs at Canyon Crest Academy and Torrey Pines High School completed a joint JOOI Clubs project to prepare 200 nutritious lunches for the homeless. The lunches consisted of peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, fresh fruit, and granola bars. The JOOI Clubs are sponsored by the Del Mar - Solana Beach Optimist Club. The JOOI Clubs prepared the lunches for the homeless as a joint clubs "Souper Bowl of Caring" (sm) project.
