About this Collection
On Sunday February 3, Burks Youth, along with their parents and group leaders, will be offering a variety of delicious soups along with tossed salad and rolls from 11am-1pm in the gym. Cost is by donation and ALL proceeds will go to SDFB. Donations will also be accepted online and leading up to the event (look for the soup pot in the narthex).

Soddy Daisy Food Bank
Soddy Daisy Food Bank serves about 400 families every month by providing both non-perishable and fresh food free of charge. Most of the non-perishable food is received through donations, but SDFB is committed to providing fresh food, such as meat, milk, fruit and vegetables. This fresh food must be purchased (often at a reduced price thanks to local retailers) at a cost of just under $20 per family per month. Burks Youth would like to offset these costs by raising at least $500- enough to provide fresh food for two families for a year.
