Draft New Groups To Our Team
Souper Bowl of Caring was started on grassroots principles. Before it was a national movement, it was just a youth group trying to make a difference. Looking to spread the word, they reached out to groups within their community. They told these groups how they were spending their Super Bowl Sundays collecting cash and and food items to fight hunger and poverty. These new groups joined the movement and continued to spread the message. As this process repeated, Souper Bowl of Caring caught on throughout the country.
Today we still rely on the passion of our participants to help spread the message of Souper Bowl of Caring. After all, who can better tell our story than someone who just experienced it? If there are other compassionate groups in your area, please ask them to consider participating. Invite them to be part of a movement that's changing the world. Use the resources below to get started.
We've got some great Recruitment Materials in our Resource Center. They should help you get started developing a solid strategy for reaching out to other groups in your area.
