How We Work

Since 1990, young people have been leading the charge and inspiring others to collect dollars and food weeks leading up to the Big Game. Teaming up with local partners, these groups give 100% of donations to local charities, changing the nation's largest weekend of football into the largest weekend of caring.

Place of Worship
Souper Bowl of Caring was originally founded by a church youth group. Even though the movement has since expanded from the faith community to many types of participating groups, we continue to be fueled by those coming together to worship and make a difference in their community.

Donate to Souper Bowl of Caring

One of the fundamentals of Souper Bowl of Caring is 100% of everything collected by our participants is donated directly to the charity of their choice. Because of this, we rely on donations from caring people like you to help us continue our mission. Every donation helps Souper Bowl of Caring empower youth, unite communities and generate food and resources at a critical time of year when charities are reporting a decrease in volunteers and donations. A donation to Souper Bowl of Caring is an investment: For every $1 you donate, $19 is generated for charities in local communities across the country.
