Cadets began collecting money and canned food donations on Monday. They come in early in the morning and leave well after the final bell to ensure the success of this food drive. They have been busy making flyers and painting posters advertising the collection event on February 5th. I have reached out to several news organizations who will hopefully get the word out for us to make this a community wide event.
We have set a goal to collect $2,000 and 10,000 canned food donations. We can only get there if everyone does their part and get the word out to the Fort Worth Community.
