Local Souper Bowl of Caring Held
The Sayre Christian Church participated Sunday in the nation-wide Souper Bowl of Caring, an annual nation-wide poverty-fighting fundraiser. A few dozen enjoyed a variety of soups and conversation in the basement of the church, following Sunday morning's service. Funds raised were donated to the Feed My Sheep Food Pantry.
